I got great value for my money at this pension house! The room was even nicer than the pictures showed, with a spacious bathroom and good insect nets on the windows. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the beach and restaurants. The staff treated me like a dear friend, going above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Breakfast choices could be improved.

We loved everything about our stay at Theresa's Pension House in San Vicente. The hotel's location is perfect, only a 5-minute walk from the beach area and situated in a quiet part of town. The hosts were incredibly helpful and their attention to detail was remarkable. The room we had was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and a great bathroom with hot water. We also enjoyed the private terrace that came with our room. The breakfast served on the balcony was delicious, especially the banana pancakes and homemade bread. We rented a motorbike and the hosts gave us great recommendations for places to visit. Despite the sometimes tough ride on unpaved roads, we discovered amazing beaches and villages north of Port Barton. we had a wonderful time at Theresa's Pension House.
We felt totally relaxed during our stay at Theresa's Pension House. No complaints whatsoever.
